Indigo Parc Canada is committed to building a diverse and respectful workplace. We're currently hiring a Maintenance Associate to help keep our parking facilities clean, safe, and fully operational. Responsibilities include equipment upkeep, cleaning, minor repairs, and snow clearing.

Responsibilities

Repair meters, change batteries in meters, change receipt rolls, replace signage Sweeping the garage entrance and exit lanes Litter pick-up on parking levels Wiping down of signage, equipment, and cashier booth Monitoring and cleaning of all high traffic areas within the garage Emptying of garbage receptacles as required Minor snow clearing on levels/ramps and taking care of any icy patches Reporting any observed safety concerns or structural damage, repair fences when needed

Qualifications

Good communication skills High degree of attention to detail Experience using basic hand tools & equipment (jigsaw, screwdriver, trimmer, etc.) Excellent time management Ability to work as a team member under minimal supervision Must be able to pass a criminal background check Valid provincial drivers license and clean abstract
