Maintenance Technician





As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our equipment and facilities remain reliable, safe, and efficient. This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined, hands-on individual with a strong aptitude for troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement.



You will work with a variety of equipment and collaborate across departments to minimize downtime and support production goals. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, enjoy solving technical challenges, and value a clean and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For



We're looking for a self-motivated team player who brings a well-rounded maintenance skill set, a safety-first mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have:


2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing environment preferred) Trade certification (Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or Electrician) is a strong asset Electrical ticket or training is highly desirable Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and (where qualified) electrical systems Familiarity with maintenance management systems or a willingness to learn Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics Physical fitness with the ability to lift, bend, and work in elevated or confined spaces Strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills Commitment to working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to support shift work, weekend maintenance, and unplanned repairs as needed



What You'll Be Doing




Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and facility systems Respond to equipment breakdowns, minimizing production downtime Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities Maintain accurate records of work performed using maintenance software Assist with process improvements and contribute to equipment upgrades Ensure safe working practices are followed, including use of PPE and lockout/tagout procedures Support continuous improvement initiatives and 5S programs Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials
