Responsibilities:
- Routine maintenance of production equipment, ovens, mixers, conveyors, and other bakery machinery
- Diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues and performing timely repairs
- Conducting preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Coordinating with production supervisors regarding equipment functionality
- Maintaining logs of maintenance and repair activities
- Adhering to applicable health and safety standards and protocols
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.
5+ years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing or similar regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
Experience with PLCs, sensors, motors, and automated equipment i
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Familiarity with food safety standards such as HACCP and SQF is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
