Join us and become an EXPERT!Position Summary:As a member of our team, you will perform equipment maintenance on residential sites. With a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to integrity, you will answer questions and resolve customer concerns.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintenance of HVAC equipment within residential environments.
  • Performing service and/or cleaning of IAQ products and equipment, as well as soldering, welding, brazing and performing minor field fabrication.
  • Responsible for delivery of excellent service to residential customers and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer concerns, questions or problems in an effective manner.
  • Prepare material requisition forms.
Qualifications:
  • The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must possess all valid licensing or certifications as required by provincial or local governmental laws or regulations for the geographical work area.
  • A license in plumbing, electrical work, sheet metal, or refrigeration an asset.
  • Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in the residential HVAC field.
  • Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.
  • The successful candidate will also have the ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot problems with electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems on HVAC equipment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of customer-focused service.
  • The ability to work occasional overtime and weekend hours as required.
  • The successful incumbent must be able to meet the minimum requirements for our background check criteria.
