Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent, full-time Maintenance Technician, for our client, an industry leader in the Asphalt industry in Langley, BC. To qualify for this role, you must have previous mechanical experience and be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors. - Location: Langley, BC
- Job type: Full-time | Permanent
- Complete work orders, and ensure any parts that are used are documented for reordering
- Consult equipment manuals, troubleshoot and identify deficiencies
- Provide technical support, replace parts, adjust settings, confirm proper operation, and make recommendations for continuous improvements
- Maintain a variety of mechanical systems
- Read and follow assembly drawings, prints, and instructions
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed
- Mechanical experience is needed
- Millwright or Welding level B trade certificate is preferred, Millwright apprentice is also accepted
- Should have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in small team
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
- Have a high commitment to safety
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
