The Flowr Group (Okanagan) Inc. is an 80,000 sq.ft. cannabis cultivation facility based in Kelowna/Lake Country, British Columbia. The Flowr Group (Okanagan) Inc. is a subsidiary of Avant Brands K1, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Avant Brands (and GreenTec Holdings Ltd.)

Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical) Inspect and troubleshoot machinery and equipment to identify issues Conduct repairs and replace defective parts using hand and power tools Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work Respond to emergency breakdowns or urgent repair needs in a timely manner Assist with installations and setup of new equipment Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Coordinate with external contractors when specialized services are needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Other packaging duties as assigned.

Required Job Skills

Have strong attention to detail. Desire to learn with a positive attitude. Ability to follow direction and stay on task. Ability to work in a team environment and independently. Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, walk up and down stairs several times a day, and perform repetitive tasks. Reliable and punctual

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
