As our Maintenance Electrician (Red Seal), you'll ensure critical systems and equipment are powered, maintained, and optimized to keep operations smooth and safe. From boilers to troubleshooting, your work supports productivity, quality, and reliability across the plant.

Licensed Electrician + attention to detail -- You're Red Seal certified with hands-on knowledge of industrial equipment and repairs. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Keep equipment in top shape

Diagnose, repair, and fine-tune production equipment to reduce downtime. Execute preventive maintenance with consistency and accuracy.

Operate and maintain boiler systems

Safely operate a steam boiler and manage chemical levels and equipment. Complete related work orders and keep detailed records.

Follow the process -- and help improve it

Follow SOPs and GMPs rigorously, contributing to updates when needed. Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to continuously refine procedures.

Make safety your standard

Use lockout/tagout and all required PPE. Lead by example in upholding safety, cleanliness, and environmental responsibility.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Red Seal Certification as a Licensed Electrician 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (preferably in food manufacturing) Class 4 or 3 Power Engineering certificate (or currently working toward it) Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with CMMS (e.g., PMXpert) Solid grasp of regulatory systems: HACCP, ISO, GMP, and 5S Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and digital work order systems Bonus: Background in PLC programming or automation systems
