Job Overview

We're hiring a dedicated Maintenance Technician (Electrician) to join our team. In this role, you will help with the repair, installation, and maintenance of our machinery (electrical) equipment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has hands-on experience with basic tools, and is motivated to support our maintenance operations.

Work Schedule:

Two-week rotating shifts (days, evenings, and nights) Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

Install and commission new machinery and equipment. Set up and operate a variety of process equipment. Work with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation control systems. Perform adjustments and settings on automation and other controls. Make equipment adjustments as required to ensure proper performance. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner. Replace defective or worn components such as motors, gearboxes, bearings, and belts. Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime. Complete routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance on equipment, machines, and installations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of relevant maintenance or repair experience. Previous experience in a maintenance (electrical) support position is preferred. Electrical certification is an asset. Flexibility to work various shifts as required. Preferable Post-secondary education in machinery (electrical) maintenance, repair, or a related field.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
