About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, solutions-oriented Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and mechanical skills to join our food manufacturing team. You'll play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly, safely, and efficiently, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot and repair packaging and processing equipment, including: Conveyors, pumps, fillers, cappers, labellers, and box sealers. Vacuum machines, carton erectors, nut roasters, and dicing machines. Metal detectors, x-ray machines, floor cleaners, and more. Conduct preventive maintenance with CMMS systems. Respond to breakdowns and perform root cause analysis. Work together with production and quality teams to ensure food safety standards are met. Keep precise records of work orders and maintenance tasks. Ensure adherence to GMP, food safety policies, PPE requirements, and the company's Code of Conduct.

What You Bring

Technical diploma in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related field Over 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or packaging settings. Strong troubleshooting abilities in electrical and mechanical systems. Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, motors, and automation is an asset. Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
