We are currently searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Charlottetown, PE. This is an exciting and challenging position in a growth-oriented organization. - Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, molding and hardware;
- Maintain, repair and renovate residences;
- General maintenance and/or painting;
- Knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, etc.;
- All other duties as required.
- 2-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar role;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to work as a team, and also under minimal supervision;
- Effective, proven skills and experience;
- Must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and own a reliable vehicle.
