Perma-Pipe Canada, Ltd. is a dynamic, global supplier of pipe coating solutions and factory pre-insulated piping systems to the oil & gas, district heating and cooling and industrial markets. We are currently recruiting for an experienced

Maintenance Technician

for our Camrose facility.

Responsibilities and Duties

Perform repairs and preventative maintenance tasks on pipe coating equipment and controls, material handling and storage equipment, and other plant systems Operate machine tools such as lathes, grinders, and welders to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set up of machinery Ability to troubleshoot electrical related machine problems and work with maintenance and production team members to ensure up-time and limit downtime Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures Ability to participate as needed in the installation of entirely new or re located lines with regard to piping, air equipment, water and hydraulics Work in a team environment and follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications and Skills

Journeyman Certificate preferred 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment On call flexibility
