Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2Proven maintenance experience
\xe2\x80\xa2Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
\xe2\x80\xa2Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts
\xe2\x80\xa2Ability to check repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary
\xe2\x80\xa2Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches
\xe2\x80\xa2Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices
\xe2\x80\xa2Experience performing routine maintenance would be an asset Duties: \xe2\x80\xa2Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
\xe2\x80\xa2Performing preventative maintenance
\xe2\x80\xa2Handling basic repairs and maintenance
\xe2\x80\xa2Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary
\xe2\x80\xa2Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them
\xe2\x80\xa2Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary
\xe2\x80\xa2Other duties as assigned by your Manager Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From $15.65 per hour Benefits:
