Global Mission of the position

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Superintendent, the successful candidate will ensure the facility equipment is well maintained and functioning properly.

Coordinate and schedule the activities and work of the maintenance department Control operational activities while respecting ecological targets Work with operational employees by optimizing costs, quality and operation stability Training and development of team members Demonstrate ability to lead a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSETS - TECHNICAL KNOLEDGE AND GENERIC SKILLS

Education: Trade / Degree, preferably in technical, mechanical or forestry related discipline Experience: 4-7 years of supervisory experience in maintenance environment Highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a manufacturing or an industrial environment is an asset. Flexibility to meet changing needs within the business.
