Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with GMP standards and safety regulations.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to support daily maintenance operations.
Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and reduce downtime.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance and corrective action activities.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field; or Millwright/Industrial Electrician License with supervisory experience.
5+ years of experience in a cGMP environment (pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or similar industry).
Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a maintenance or production setting.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced production environment.
Proficiency in MS Office; SAP PM module experience is an asset.
