The Maintenance Supervisor - Industrial Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance activities for Raise Bore drilling equipment at the site level. This role ensures proper execution of preventative and corrective maintenance tasks, supervises technicians, and enforces safety and operational standards to keep all equipment operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance operations for raise bore rigs, power packs, electrical systems, and site equipment.
Schedule and assign maintenance tasks to technicians and trades, ensuring compliance with work orders and timelines.
Coordinate with Operations to align maintenance with production schedules and site access.
Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical equipment failures.
Monitor inventory levels for spare parts and consumables, initiating reorders as needed.
Ensure maintenance logs, safety inspections, and CMMS updates are completed accurately and on time.
Mentor and train maintenance staff to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
4+ years of maintenance experience in mining or heavy industrial operations.
Prior supervisory or lead-hand experience strongly preferred.
Red Seal or trade certification in millwright, electrical, or heavy equipment technician.
Strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Familiarity with underground mining safety protocols and maintenance practices.
