Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Maintenance(Hotel) professional to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities through effective maintenance practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance projects, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Manage maintenance projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management. Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Troubleshoot and repair programmable logic controllers (PLC) and other automated systems. Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively. Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Qualifications

Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field, with a focus on industrial environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical systems and low voltage applications. Familiarity with HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Leadership experience in supervising teams and managing maintenance operations. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
