We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor/ Handyman to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in industrial maintenance, with a focus on HVAC systems, electrical systems, and mechanical knowledge. This role requires the ability to manage projects effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical components, and other mechanical systems as needed. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate repairs and installations. Manage projects related to facility upgrades, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Fabricate parts or components as necessary to maintain equipment functionality. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues or areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance.

Experience

Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams within an industrial environment. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, logic controllers, and mechanical maintenance practices. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documentation related to maintenance work. Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting issues.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
