Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings.

Education:

Fireman Boiler Operator certificate


Licenses:

Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act, Valid Class 5 driver's license


Experience:

One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment (commercial or industrial)

Knowledge & Abilities:



Knowledge of tools and equipment Ability to work independently

Other Education & Training:



Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required. Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job Pool Operator certificate, where required
