  • Forecasts and prioritizes all "scheduled" and "unscheduled" work. Works with both the Operations group and Maintenance Service Managers to direct/ coordinate the following events into a service repair site:
  • Support over-the-road breakdowns/ Unscheduled work
  • Scheduled issues
  • Major EDVIR's
  • Check engine faults
  • Isaac/ TGI issues
  • Collision repair routing
  • Oil sample
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Forecasting/ Scheduling Repairs & Services
  • Studies the driver's reports to determine the nature of the repair and confers with the maintenance coordinator to schedule it
  • Overflow work that cannot be completed in-house will need to be routed to a supporting TP and then passed over to be managed by the outsourcing group
  • Coordinate all service switches and manage "M" units replacement fleet
  • Audit and ensure compliance with the following:
  • "Equipment Out"
  • "100 over 60" spreadsheet
  • Asset service requirements outlined (B620, dedicated fleets, general fleet)
  • Review and assist in maintaining the local "Facility Planner"
  • Support as needed Outsource / Sublet Repairs
  • Help with directing and authorizing all third-party maintenance repairs
  • Profiling and uploading data into the Maintenance software for records
  • Other duties may be assigned
