Maintenance Residential Property
Job Description
The Residential Property Maintenance candidate would ideally have a variety of home maintenance and improvement skills for repairs and maintenance of residential homes.
Responsible for the maintenance, enhancements, and/or improvements of the physical conditions of residential properties
Perform mechanical and general electrical works (not involving a license), plumbing repairs, drywall and wall repairs, painting, carpentry, grounds maintenance, and other project/s as required;
Be available and participate in on-call emergency response during evenings/weekends for emergencies;
General property maintenance including organizing and cleaning yards and garden;
Cabinets and countertops repair and upkeep;
Installation and repair of flooring;
Complete repairs to the highest standards in a quality workmanship manner;
Requirement to drive a truck for travel to and from properties;
Perform other duties as assigned.
