About the Role
POMM is seeking a skilled
Maintenance & Renovation Technician
to support our growing property management team. If you're a reliable problem solver with strong handyman or carpentry experience, this role offers steady work, independence, and opportunities to grow.
Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across residential properties
Complete unit turnovers and renovation projects (small to large scale)
Troubleshoot and complete tenant repair requests
Handle carpentry, painting, drywall, minor plumbing, and general handyman duties
Work professionally in both occupied and vacant units
Participate in a mandatory on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Requirements
Experience in general maintenance, renovations, or handyman work
Carpentry skills are a strong asset
Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
Reliable vehicle for travel between properties
Own set of basic tools
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, carrying, etc.)
