We are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to support and enhance our maintenance operations through efficient planning, documentation, and collaboration. The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the identification, organization, and maintenance of equipment data within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role ensures technical documentation and equipment records are accurate, up to date, and readily accessible to support maintenance, calibration, and operational efficiency.
The Maintenance Planner works cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality Control, and Operations to optimize equipment reliability and support production goals.

Plans and coordinates end-to-end supply chain planning, including when goods should be produced and in what quantity, while optimizing the balance between customer delivery requirements and inventory levels.
Interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Production, R&D, Finance, Materials, Logistics, Service Part Organization, Customer Service and contract manufacturers (CM) and original design manufacturers (ODM) to compile, develop, validate and communicate production/shipment plans and associated strategies that support overall business objectives.
Uses enterprise resource planning (ERP) system(s) for processes such as inventory tracking, supplier scheduling, process and workflow management, etc.
Establishes and manages relationships with suppliers/partners.
May be responsible for coordinating new product introduction (NPI), product transfer and new supply chain setup including assuring materials, labor and test capacity are in place to meet volume production.
May have global or multi-site inventory management responsibilities.
May partner with Sales and Marketing to develop factory support processes for indirect channels and worldwide customer escalations.
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
Post-graduate, certification and/or license may be required.
4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $67,978.00 - $106,215.00/yr CAD plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
