What We Offer

Highlights of the Role

• Planning: Coordinate and schedule all maintenance activities for maximum efficiency.
• Leadership: Guide tradespeople to achieve departmental and site objectives.
• Systems: Manage the CMMS system to minimize operational interruptions.
• Optimization: Maximize productivity and work quality of the maintenance team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and contractors to ensure seamless operations.

What You Offer

• Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Technical: Mechanical aptitude, knowledge of maintenance practices, and experience with CMMS.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in maintenance planning/scheduling in manufacturing or a related field.
