We are looking for 2 full time employees and to join our maintenance program. You must be able to work overnights and early mornings. The ability to work independently and follow instructions will be a requirement. Duties will be cleaning and maintaining grills, fryers, ice cream machines and cleanliness of the store. We will provide all the training but you will need your own transportation.
We are sure that you have an idea about what working with us is like, but just in case here are some of the highlights on what your job will entail:
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure work environment for guests, coworkers, and yourself, leveraging your knowledge of safety regulations and equipment.
- Multi-tasking in between troubleshooting, tending to store areas and appliances during your shift, and repairing d\xc3\xa9cor and equipment, throughout the night.
- Managing priorities, staying organized, and keeping on top of the various tasks with limited supervision.
- Working with current maintenance team members to learn the ins and outs of keep McDonald\'s equipment running well
- Working with the management team and following up on the cleanliness opportunities and goals on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
- Learning and following the planned maintenance calendar to keep restaurant equipment clean and operational
