H&R Property Management is currently seeking a
skilled and reliable Maintenance Person
to join our team. This is alive-in position
, offering the opportunity to reside on the property.Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs across the property (plumbing, electrical, painting, minor carpentry, etc.) Conduct regular inspections and respond promptly to maintenance requests Ensure the property remains safe, clean, and in good condition
Requirements:
Proven hands-on maintenance experience Must have your
own tools
