Under the supervision of the Plant and General Manager, as a Maintenance and Mechanic Operator, you will provide overall mechanical support to the production department and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Including the responsibilities below:
Repair, install, maintain, improve, and troubleshoot various types of machinery and equipment
Perform welding
Diagnose mechanical problems, provide quick solutions for mechanical equipment breakdowns by applying proven skills in the principles of mechanics, fitting, plumbing, basic welding, troubleshooting, and analytical problem solving
Perform preventative maintenance, and safety inspections
Equipment PM (Preventive Maintenance) - responsible for maintaining equipment in safe working condition, lubricating necessary parts, changing worn out or damaged parts
Shop maintenance House Keeping - responsible for maintaining maintenance shop and tool box organized and clean
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear to prevent accidents and injuries.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate work activities and achieve production goals.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team and the organization.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Experience in maintenance responsibility in manufacturing environment.
Experience with machine shop tools (grinder, bandsaw, basic stick welding, industrial mechanic to conduct basic maintenance on hydraulic, electrical and/or motor system)
Knowledge of safety practices
Ability to work in varying temperatures
Flexible schedule from 10 to 25 hours per week
Forklift experience helps however training can be provided

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
