Job Description

Must have 5- 10 years experience in the maintenance field

The ability to work safely and follow strict safety practices.

Familiar with the safe operation of cranes, conveyor equipment, machinery, mobile equipment.

Represent basic knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, mechanics, hydraulics and structural maintenance

Experience with Fanuc & Yasnac CNC controls

Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings

Ability to operate computers and maintenance diagnostic equipment including analog and digital multi-meters.

Must have excellent analytical skills and demonstrate understanding of electrical and mechanical machine controls.

Experience operating plant equipment to fabricate, cut, weld and repair machine parts.

Ability to communicate effectively with company employees and all levels of management

Must have a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Job Duties:

Diagnose failures, determine parts and material requirements and perform repairs as required to resume operation on production equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment

Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs and preventative maintenance.

Assisting in identifying need for repair, replacement or up grading of tools and equipment.

Attend seminars, training and educational activities as directed as well as on the job

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.07-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
