Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic/ Millwright

Shift(s) Available: Night - 10:45 pm to 7:00 am - Sunday night to Friday morning

Principal Accountabilities:

• Utilize and work with maintenance trades and components such as pumps, tanks, motors, mixers, augers, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Complete preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility.
• Document completed work and conditions found, utilizing maintenance computer software as necessary.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be legally entitled to work for the company in Canada.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
• High School diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic use of a computer.
• Ability to perform physical job duties, including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
• Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment.
• At least 1 year of experience in mechanical maintenance.

• Possess a Millwright certification.
• Forklift certified.
• Experience in a computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word.
• Working knowledge of inventory systems.
• Able to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice.
