Position: Maintenance Manager Location: Pointe-Claire
Are you a qualified Maintenance Manager with a bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering looking for an exciting opportunity in Pointe-Claire? If you have a strong background in supervising electromechanical building maintenance workers, particularly in mission-critical environments like data centers, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience, is mandatory
- A minimum of five years of experience in supervising maintenance of electromechanical building or facility installations
- Proven experience in mission-critical environments such as data centers, power stations, or hospitals
- Fluent bilingualism is essential to effectively communicate with teams in Quebec and the US

Responsibilities:
- Lead and ensure the execution of preventive maintenance and work orders for the site, providing training to technicians on new methods and procedures.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the design and operational aspects of telectromechanical systems.
- Swiftly identify performance gaps and respond to operational and urgent situations.
- Evaluate system performance through your expertise and collected data, proposing cost-effective improvements to enhance service and efficiency.
- Oversee administrative tasks associated with site operations
- Collaborate in the preparation of operational and capital budgets
- Ensure meticulous planning, execution, and successful completion of major projects on the site, adhering to current industry best practices.
- Monitor the activities of contractors working in the building to maintain quality and safety standards
