Journeyman Mechanic / Maintenance Manager

Charger Pumping Solutions Ltd. is a remedial cement company based in Sylvan Lake, AB. We are looking for a Red Seal Journeyman Mechanic to take on the role of Maintenance Manager for our heavy and light units.

This is a salary-based position with benefits, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend calls if troubleshooting is required.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on all trucks and equipment Complete all CVIPs in-house (some CVIP tooling is provided; personal tools required) Manage and maintain preventative maintenance schedules Diagnose mechanical issues and ensure equipment reliability Keep accurate records of inspections, repairs, and service history Coordinate with operations to ensure equipment readiness
Requirements

Red Seal Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic Experience performing CVIPs independently Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Organized, reliable, and safety-focused Valid Class 5 driver's licence
