Maintenance Manager
, you'll be the go-to person ensuring our building, grounds, and equipment are safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, families, and staff. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise in maintenance and team supervision will make a daily impact.
What You'll Do:
Oversee all maintenance operations including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping
Conduct regular inspections and lead preventative maintenance plans
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized work
Respond to emergency repairs and ensure readiness protocols are in place
Lead and schedule the work of the Maintenance Technician, Housekeeping, and Bus Driver
Track and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
Support capital improvement projects and ensure adherence to safety policies
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in all areas of the community
What You'll Bring:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
Comfort with a wide range of tools and equipment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Willingness to be on-call for emergencies
Familiarity with safety and hazard communication procedures
Certifications as required by local/state regulations
