Salary: $110,000 - $115,000 per year + annual bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and tradespeople
• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment issues
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
• Oversee maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and cost controls
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and equipment service
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and KPIs
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and H&S teams to improve plant performance
• Drive continuous improvement to maximize uptime and efficiency

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or heavy industry
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems
• Proven track record managing teams, budgets, and maintenance programs
• Experience in steel, metal fabrication, or industrial production preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
