, with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and project coordination. This role is critical to ensuring the
reliability, safety, and efficiency
of all equipment and infrastructure, supporting key technologies including
waterjet cutting, die cutting, roll cutting, CNC machining, ultrasonic welding, and hotmelt glue applications
.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and maximize production uptime.
Utilize
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
to manage work orders, maintenance logs, parts inventory, and scheduling.
Perform inspections of mechanical and electrical systems to detect and address potential issues before failure.
Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems, low-voltage electrical systems, and PLC/logic-controlled equipment.
Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and production teams on facility improvements, installations, and expansions.
Ensure compliance with all company safety protocols and applicable regulations.
Track maintenance metrics and analyze data to recommend and implement improvements in reliability, efficiency, and cost control.
Support capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives from planning through completion.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in
industrial maintenance
or a similar hands-on maintenance management role.
Strong
mechanical aptitude
with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of production equipment.
Solid knowledge of
electrical systems
, including
low-voltage
wiring and
logic controllers
(PLC experience preferred).
Familiarity with
CMMS software
and proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
.
Ability to manage maintenance activities independently in a
high-speed production environment
.
Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Strong planning, prioritization, and time management abilities.
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
