Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. This role is critical in ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally, thereby supporting our production goals and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

Manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Maintain all machinery and equipment, performing routine inspections and repairs. Maintain clay courts ensuring top quality playing surfaces Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules with minimal disruption to operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Proven experience in court maintenance management or a similar role. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot malfunctioning systems. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $21.38-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 28 per week
