Duties

Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities. Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs. Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishments machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Resolve product and service related disruptions. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment.

Skills

Proven management skills with experience supervising diverse maintenance teams in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in troubleshooting industrial machinery and systems. Electrical experience including working with high voltage (HV) and low voltage systems; ability to read electrical schematics accurately. Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking. Knowledge of HVAC systems for facilities management; ability to perform or oversee routine servicing and repairs. Experience with industrial maintenance practices including preventive, predictive, and corrective strategies. Ability to interpret technical schematics and diagrams effectively for diagnostics and repairs. Project management skills to oversee upgrades or installation projects from start to finish within scope and schedule constraints. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills in English; capable of motivating teams and coordinating cross-functional activities. Familiarity with safety standards related to electrical work (including high voltage), mechanical repairs, and general facilities management practices such as OSHA regulations.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
