What You'll Do
Champion daily maintenance operations and support production Lead projects to upgrade and install new equipment Manage budgets, inventory, and contractor relationships Foster a culture of safety and quality Mentor your team and help them grow Drive process improvements and efficiencyWhat You Bring
College degree or technical training. Licensed Electrician or Millwright (preferred) 3-4 years' supervisory/managerial experience in maintenance PLC software and troubleshooting expertise (Control Logixs 500 & 5000, Siemens, Beckhoff, Mitsubishi) Knowledge/experience with complex hydraulic systems Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with safety and quality standards (OHSA, ISO14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016)Why You'll Love Working Here
