Overview:
Maintenance Evaluator – Industrial Construction
Sureway Construction is one of Alberta’s largest heavy construction contractors, with 49 years’ experience, involved in; civil earthworks and grading, utilities and offsite, mine operation and aggregate extraction.

Job Type: Full Time – Temporary (approx. one year, with the possibility of an extension).
Schedule: 8+ Hours/day, EDO Schedule (earned day off). Monday through Friday with alternate Fridays off.
Location: Edmonton, AB - ESSO (Strathcona Refinery).
Start Date: Immediately
Essential: Hard-working, reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License (non GDL)
- CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support
- Drug and alcohol testing (urine-based test)
- Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation
Maintenance Evaluator Responsibilities:
- Productivity studies.
- Observing all types of maintenance work and evaluating against standards for job durations and productivity levels.
- Working alone
- Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.

Maintenance Evaluator Qualifications:
- Construction maintenance background
- Minimum 1 year refinery work experience
