Janitorial / Maintenance Dept. "Harbour Cruises & Events" located on Vancouver\'s beautiful waterfront in the heart of downtown Vancouver is looking for Janitorial & Maintenance staff. We will be starting our busy summer season of cruises and events in May and have opportunities for both part-time and full-time positions. You would be reporting to our maintenance manager on a daily basis helping the maintenance department maintain, clean & service our three vessels, marina and public dock areas. Often short windows for maintenance mean a fast turnaround of our vessels is required. Full training and supervision will be given to the right candidates, but an interest in boats would be helpful, as well as any experience working in similar positions. A good work ethic and reliability is essential, as is the ability to see the big picture and to be part of a team effort to maintain and clean our vessels. Applicants must be available day time, week days as well as weekends. Our Tour & Charter operations run on 7 days a week schedule. We offer full safety training and a safe & friendly work atmosphere. Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour Benefits:
