Duties
Taking parts orders for over-the-counter sales, retail aircraft maintenance and aircraft fleet maintenance
Purchasing and ordering of parts
Coordinating shipping, receiving and batching of parts
Dealing with warranty claims and core returns
Ensuring prompt payments to minimize account payables
Managing the parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment; annual inventory count
Coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs
Providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and orders
Maintaining relationships with vendors and conducting sourcing activities to identify new suppliers
Ensuring compliance with safety standards, particularly when handling hazardous materials
Filing, stock room clean up, restocking of parts shelves
Skills
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate inventory tracking
Proficient in purchasing processes
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building client relationships
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
