We are seeking for a full-time

Maintenance Coordinator

, who is energetic, hard-working, and who will ensure that all of our units are kept in prime condition by successfully scheduling our maintenance team to ensure all tasks are done in priority sequence and to company standards this team member will enable our property to remain at peak condition.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE



Being the first line of response to resident concerns and addressing, executing, and resolving resident inquires Daily communications to residents regarding maintenance service requests Data entry of work orders, creating work orders for Resident Managers and distribution to the team with priorities set, and closing and tracking work order in Maintenance Log Creation of weekly maintenance schedule, inclusive of internal staff and third-party trades Coordination of vendors/trades, alongside Resident Managers, to complete work orders and onsite maintenance Creation of Purchase Orders and entry of quotes into accounting software, and matching work orders and PO's, with applicable tracking and maintenance of documentation Ordering all cleaning supplies and other office/property supplies as needed Manage inventory of site supplies, and order supplies for building and suite repairs Create and prepare notifications to residents regarding maintenance activities Organize, co-ordinate and document monthly fire drills, and submit documentation to Head Office Responsible for monthly maintenance of fire safety plans, including keeping new resident contact list current Tracking al resident safety concerns and reporting as required Other support and administrative tasks for the office team as needed Other ad hoc projects and tasks as required

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR



2-3 years' experience within an administrative and coordination centered role Demonstrated experience with project management and scheduling a team General understanding of property maintenance repairs a strong asset Experience with Property Management is a strong asset Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Great attention to detail and a strong ability to multi-task Ability to problem solve creatively, and with little supervision Demonstrated ability to act quickly and manage a situation or task with autonomy

Hours:



8 hours shift Monday to Friday
