Job Description
Our busy property management / real estate company is looking for a maintenance contractor.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Means of transportation
MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO COMPLETE BASIC DRYWALL/CARPENTRY, FLOORING, PLUMBING REPAIRS AS WELL AS PAINTING ABILITIES
Basic set of tools to complete tasks
Prolonged periods of standing and walking Must be able to physically climb a ladder, bend or crawl into awkward spaces Must be ok with working at limited heights Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a timeNeeded Skills:
Organized Efficient Able to prioritize tasks Good customer service Teamwork Basic carpentry skills
Duties:
Conduct interior maintenance projects Conduct exterior maintenance projects Conducting inspections of premises Hauling of garbage & other items Complete tenant service issues Assisting other maintenance staff with seasonal projects Other duties as assigned
Hourly pay range:
$17.00 to $23.00/hr dependent on skill and work experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
