Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and strong customer service skills to maintain a safe and functional environment.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical systems, including logic controllers and schematics. Conduct inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify potential problems. Utilize Maintenance Management Systems for tracking maintenance activities and requests Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed. Pool maintenance, including-repairs, water testing where applicable Maintain grounds including snow removal, lot cleaning

Skills

Proficiency in facilities maintenance practices, including troubleshooting techniques. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly in English. Problem-solving skills with a logical approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.43 per hour
