Job Description

Le Havre Lafontaine, a friendly private seniors' residence located in Riviere-du-Loup, is seeking a full-time maintenance attendant. We are looking for a versatile individual who is comfortable interacting with our residents. CCQ cards are not required to perform the type of work required, including maintenance and upkeep. Painting, plastering, flooring, etc. We offer group insurance, telemedicine, a stable schedule, and more.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: 40 hours/week, daytime Salary: Starting at $21.10/hour

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Change light bulbs in the common areas Clear and salt the entrances Make service calls Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.) Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior Taking out the trash

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
