POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Le Bacc building is happy to welcome a golden clientele. Located in the Ste-Foy area, this building stands out for its customer service, design and nearby services. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere where we feel at home. The Heavy Maintenance Attendant is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks in common areas and apartments.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Change light bulbs in the common areas
- Maintenance and monitoring of equipment (mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, pumps, furnaces, valves, etc.)
- Make service calls
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
- Taking out the trash
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good team player
- A working knowledge of real estate (an asset)
- A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
- Flexibility for the work schedule
