The Residence de Levis, a friendly private seniors' residence located on the south shore of Quebec City, is seeking a full-time maintenance attendant. The person will be required to respond to service calls and must be proficient in painting. Apartment renovations and resident requisitions plus all other related tasks: flooring, painting, plastering We offer telemedicine, an employee assistance program, a stable schedule, and more!

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Salary: To be discussed

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Change light bulbs in the common areas Clear and salt the entrances Make service calls Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.) Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior Taking out the trash

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
