POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Renoir\'s Gardens are currently looking a person in charge of evening maintenance, he will be responsible for carrying out various maintenance and upkeep tasks in the common areas and apartments. Part-time position 1 weekend out of 2.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Clear and salt the entrances
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Make service calls
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
