Job Description
Position Title :: Maintenance Associate
Work Location :: Spruce Grove, AB
Position Type :: Contract
Durationn: 12+ months
Shift: Nights 3pm to 11:30pm Monday to Friday
- Perform maintenance activities according to the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time equipment delivery based on operational demand.
- ?Support initiatives to improve maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability.
- Work under the direct supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician to perform assigned higher-level maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems by accurately capturing all maintenance-related data.
- Comply with Client and respective division TLM standards and procedures.
- Maintain and build technical competency in line with the TLM Competency Management System.
- Participate in and support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance maintenance operations and efficiency.
