Job Description
Position Title :: Maintenance Associate
Work Location :: Nisku, AB
Position Type :: Contract
Duration :: 6+ Months
Shift Timings: Mon-Fri 2pm to 10:30pm.
- Perform Downhole Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) assembly and maintenance activities as per the Maintenance Program.
- ?Ensure on-time delivery of equipment according to operational demand and company standards.
- Support initiatives to improve maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability.
- Work under direct supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician to perform assigned higher-level maintenance tasks.
- Maintain transactional discipline in Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems by accurately capturing all maintenance-related data.
- Comply with Client and respective division TLM standards and safety procedures.
- Develop and maintain competency in line with the TLM Competency Management System.
- Participate in and contribute to Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance maintenance performance and reliability.
