Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and a variety of technical skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and ensure that all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality. Assist with residential painting projects as required. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with staff and residents during maintenance tasks. Collaborate with building staff to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities.

Requirements

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely. Excellent communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail is essential.
