Job Summary:
We are currently hiring a skilled and dependable
Maintenance Technician
to maintain and repair systems and facilities at our property. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience inplumbing, electrical, and HVAC
, and must have avalid driver's license
.Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks across the property Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Conduct preventive maintenance on building equipment and systems Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner Prepare units for new tenants, including minor repairs and cleaning Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety standards Drive to and from job sites or suppliers as needed (must have a valid driver's license)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in
plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
maintenance Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing manual laborValid driver's license is required
Good communication and customer service skillsPreferred:
2+ years of general maintenance experience Familiarity with residential, commercial or multi-family property maintenance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
